MODOC MEDICAL CENTER is accepting applications for a part-time, benefit eligible Infusion Coordinator RN. The wage rate is $35.20 - $43.96 dependent on experience. The Infusion Nurse provides nursing care and coordination for specialty Infusion patients. They provide a personal contact for scheduling, information, and guidance in a compassionate, caring environment throughout a patient's special infusion health care experience. They also perform appropriate coordination with outpatient services. Requirements include but not limited to Current California R.N. license. ACLS and CPR certification. MODOC COUNTY ROAD Department is accepting applications for Administrative Assistant. Primary responsibility is to assist Road Department Fiscal Officer with financial and administrative responsibilities. Specific duties include: preparing monthly Department financials, reconciling them with those of County Administration; managing purchase records and processing accounts payable; processing employee timecards; processing personnel, payroll and paid leave documents; assisting with year-end reconciliation of financial records with County, State and independent auditors; compiling information for yearly budget; and analyzing capital improvement and equipment costs. Will also be involved with management of cost center variances, inventory and fixed asset accounting. Qualifications - Knowledge of: basic principles and practices of public administration; governmental and fund accounting; budget development and administration; principles and practices of personnel management. Any combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and skills is acceptable. A typical way of gaining these would be: graduation from high school, supplemented by business or other applicable technical course work and four years of office administrative or secretarial experience. At least two years of college-level course work is desirable. Required application materials include completed County application form, cover letter, and current work history.
