Applicants must meet all requirements for peace officer status that are mandated by the California Government Code and Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Regulations for the class of Investigator Licenses and Certifications: Possession of a State of California Regular Basic POST certificate. OPERATOR. Full time Position. The City of Alturas is currently accepting applications for the full time position of a Grade I/ II Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator depending on the certificates obtained.
